The box office is not staffed except for performances, but emails and voicemails will be answered promptly.

Performance Times

For events in the WHS Theater, unless otherwise noted, the lobby, box office, and concessions will open one hour prior to the performance. The house will open a half hour prior to the performance. 

Timing for events held in other locations may vary, and will be explained on the event page.

Tickets

Tickets are available in advance online, and at the box office beginning one hour prior to showtime. 

Most shows will go on sale 30 days prior to the first performance. We encourage you to buy tickets in advance—prices at the door are typically $2-$5 higher than the advance price.

Student tickets are intended for students of Monroe Township Public Schools. Patrons with student tickets may be required to show their student ID in order to use the ticket.

Refunds or exchanges must be requested prior to the day of the performance. To request a refund or exchange, please contact the box office.

Reserved Seating

Seating for shows with reserved seats is chosen at the time of purchase, and your seat and section will be shown on your ticket. If you need help finding your seat, an usher will be happy to assist.

At our discretion, if you are purchasing less than 10 minutes before showtime, your seats may be chosen for you from the best available seating. We do this to ensure that everyone in line is able to purchase a ticket while still allowing the performance to begin on time.

General Admission Seating

Seating for shows with general admission tickets is (except for accessible seating) first come, first serve. Saving seats for others is not permitted—all members of your party must be present to claim their seats. 

Please note that if you sit in or close to a wheelchair accessible seat, you may be asked to change seats, in accordance with Americans with Disabilities Act requirements.

Patrons with Disabilities

If you require accessible seating but did not purchase an accessible seat, please contact the box office in advance, or notify the box office as soon as you arrive. The earlier you let us know, the easier it will be to accommodate you.

Assisted listening devices are available for events at the WHS Theater. If you would like one, please notify the box office as soon as you arrive.
